Easy grocery shopping with Walmart's free grocery pick up

Honestly I love to grocery shop.....when I am by myself. With 5 kids in tow? Not so much. So needless to say when I saw Walmart advertising their new free grocery pick up I had to investigate!And let me tell you friends it is LIFE CHANGING! I am serious! This is in no way a sponsored post. This is just me sharing the love with you.So here is how it works:

• You download the Walmart grocery app on your phone.
• Surprisingly the app is super easy to navigate and build your order. They have categories for everything, even for dietary needs like "dairy free" or "gluten free" or "paleo!" AND they have ORGANIC!
• Once you get everything in your cart you will reserve a pick up time and location. Where we live they don't have same day pick up so I place my order the night before which means I am in my pjs on my phone at night grocery shopping. YES PLEASE!
• Then you check out!
• 10 minutes before your pick up time you will check in on the app and let them know what color car you drive.
• The pick up process is awesome! Around the back of Walmart is a covered orange section where your groceries will be waiting for you.
• You get a welcome bag with goodies with your first order, and I went through everything with the Walmart employee to make sure they got it all. If they are out of something they will offer you a substitution, which you can accept or decline. Of course you are only charged for the item if you accept.
• Sign off on the order while they load it in your trunk and GO! Seriously it is that easy!

Every so often I leave the munchkins with the hubs and do a grocery trip by myself, but now that I can save so much time with this free pick up service those visits to the store are few and far between. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!Marianne
