Allergy friendly donuts

With a kiddo who has multiple server food allergies (he cannot eat out at restaurants, only food I make for him), I am always looking for a new recipes and ideas to make him special treats.I tweaked my banana bread recipe to make these great "donuts" that even his sisters who know what the "real thing" tastes like.....LOVE!allergyfriendly donutsI used this great pan from amazon.2-3 ripe smashed bananas1/3 cup avocado oil1 egg substitute1 cup sugar1 teaspoon vanilla1.5 cups of Gluten free flour 1 teaspoon baking soda1 cup dairy free chocolate melted1 tablespoon water2 ziplock bagsIn a large bowl use an electric mixer to mash your bananas smooth.  In a separate bowl follow instructions for the egg replacer, then add to bananas. Add the remainder of wet ingredients. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients.Fold wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix together.Add a good amount of batter to the Ziplock bag. Cut a small hole to one of the bottom corners of the bag. Use the bag to then dispense batter into each of the donut spaces.Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. While your donuts are baking you can start melting your chocolate in a small glass bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave another 30 sections if needed.Pour the chocolate into another Ziplock bag.Once your donuts are done baking, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.Cut a small hole at the bottom of one of the corners of your chocolate bag and drizzle the donuts with chocolate. You can also use powdered sugar or a cinnamon and sugar mixture to sprinkle over the donuts as another fun option!Enjoy!allergyfriendly2
