Our house so far.....

Well I thought I would give you a little tour of our progress thus far. Enjoy :)Welcome come on in..... The family room is small, but since the little people living in our house are small right now too it works. We plan to add a second family room to the house in a few years so our teenagers have some room to hang out. This space will turn into more of a formal living - adult hang out.This is the girl's craft table where all the "MAGIC" happens. I mean hours and hours and HOURS of drawing! I had to move it in the family room or I would never see them :)And of course I did not finish staining it before I got pregnant (you can't use stain while prego), so here is sits in limbo. I did use chalkboard paint on the top so the girls can make a mess and it wipes right off. GREAT DECISION!I do keep a few toys in here hidden under the coffee table.And snuggle movie watching blankets hide under each end table in a basket.The room is super open due to the high ceiling leading upstairsThe biggest change in this room has been the paint. Here is what it looked like before....And after.... Amazing what a can of paint can do :)Once Knox is born I am going to tackle the kitchen. Paint the cabinets, change light fixtures, etc.....I can't use the paint and sealers I need to use while prego :(Here is our breakfast nookMy bedroom is right off the family room, so I figured I better tackle it first.Sadie's room is the closest to being finished of the kiddos.Our little home is so perfect for us. It's not huge, but just what we need. I love the potential it has, and I really plan to make it our forever house.Mia and Wit/Knox's rooms are super close to completion so stay tuned!
