Weekly Menu

It's official my friends.....we ate TERRIBLE on our spring break beach trip, but boy oh boy did we have a great time doing it!So this week to get the family back on track and detox us from sugar and simple pancake style carbs we doing a lighter version of our weekly menu.This pretty much means we are using the grill a lot. I will marinate the meat starting in the morning so when Drew gets home it's ready to throw on the grill.For chicken I use olive oil, salt pepper, garlic salt, and Italian seasonings.For salmon I use soy sauce, honey, garlic, and a dash of brown sugar.For steak I use good old Coke and onions.Still super YUMMY!
