Fried Tofu

It's a semi healthy option that my family loves.Use firm tofu.Cut it into cubes.Toss tofu with flour (you could use almond meal, or wholewheat flour as well).I seasoned my flour with rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, lemon peel, and salt.Fry the tofu in veggie oil of your choice (for a lighter option you could just stir fry  in olive oil).Serve over iceberg lettuce with soy sauce.ENJOY!
