Playroom Must Haves

Your playroom does not have to be huge to make a big impact on the livability of your home. I personally can't stand toys all over the house, so when Sadie came around I decided to throw the girls together in one room and make the other room a playroom to house all the toys. And up until recently (the girls keep small toys that Wit could choke on in their room) I keep ALL toys in the play room. Then Wit came along, and their playroom went from a bedroom size to a small office. Here is a before shotplayroom4A few must haves in our playroom include:1. A chalkboard wallplayroom3playroom132. Bean bags for comfy seating3. A place to display artwork (I used a curtain rod and rings)playroom84. Bins with picture labels so little ones who can't read yet can still do a good job with clean up.playroom55. Chalkboard labels and open bins for older munchkins who can readplayroom26. A place on the wall to hang backpacks and play pursesplayroom127. Utilizing a super big wall space with DIY added shelving (I rotate the toys every month or so)playroom10The space is still a work in progress, but it is coming along!!!
