Grilled Veggies

My FAVORITE way to eat veggies these days....veggiesUse your favorite veggies (here I used zucchini, asparagus, shallots, garlic) and add a teaspoon of olive oil, salt and pepper, 1 clove minced garlic, then scrunch the aluminum foil into a ball and pop it on the grill for 15 minutes on medium heat. ENJOY!!
