We are working on eating healthier around here in this new year, and so that means finding another option for Bisquick pancakes on Saturday morning.
These are YUMMY and work for a Paleo diet as well.
For 3-4 pancakes…..
1 unripe banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash or two of cinnamon
I used an electric blender to get the banana totally mashed.
Throw them in a non stick pan and fry them up! Add your favorite fruit as a topping with raw honey instead of syrup for a healthier option.
