Well the boys are going to share a room….18 months apart….this should be interesting. Knox will be in my room until he sleeps through the night which who knows could be a month (like Sadie) or a year (like Wit). Either way he will nap in his room, and we are set up for when they both sleep together.
I left the wall color alone since it works for now and I’m about to POP! I did paint over the green in the molding to match the red and navy theme.
Here are a few before shots……
And some after…..
Yes the frames over Knox’s crib are empty….I will fill the blue frame with his birthday details I found on Etsy like Wit’s.
And a newborn picture….
The large letters are from Pottery Barn Kids.
Our crib needs a paint job, but that will be an after baby project.
Wit’s toddler bed I found on Amazon for under $100!
The bedding is all Potter Barn Kids.
Check out those teething marks on the crib! Yikes!
The “brother” wood sign is also Pottery Barn Kids. I LOVE IT!
The changing table I painted red and added and antique wax before Wit was born. It has held up pretty well.
And we left the “boys” in the ‘brother” frame to talk about becoming a big brother.
The rocking chair is now in my room to make way for the train board that sees TONS of action right now.
This is one of Sadie’s favorite places to play.
And to teach her brother all about how to be a big brother. 🙂
