It’s official my friends…..we ate TERRIBLE on our spring break beach trip, but boy oh boy did we have a great time doing it!
So this week to get the family back on track and detox us from sugar and simple pancake style carbs we doing a lighter version of our weekly menu.
This pretty much means we are using the grill a lot. I will marinate the meat starting in the morning so when Drew gets home it’s ready to throw on the grill.
For chicken I use olive oil, salt pepper, garlic salt, and Italian seasonings.
For salmon I use soy sauce, honey, garlic, and a dash of brown sugar.
For steak I use good old Coke and onions.
Still super YUMMY! Enjoy 🙂

I am going to add kale to mine for our veggie.

I will make my own or skip the French’s fried onions it calls for. To make your own you can use shallots and saute them in oil. I will probably use coconut oil.
Friday
Take out! This will be our cheat night 🙂
