I really miss living in Memphis in the spring. The smell of everything in bloom as you drive down Poplar Ave through East Memphis is totally out of control!
This issue made me relive those memories.
So onto the weekly menu we go…..
Sometimes when I get inspired by a magazine, and I find super yummy recipes in it, I just plan the whole week from the magazine. This is one of those weeks.

I am going to try this with all my dairy substitutes and see how it turns out….I will let you know.
I will also use my dairy substitutes in all the posted recipes this week.
