OK people this is AWESOME! It’s a semi healthy option that my family loves.
Use firm tofu.
Cut it into cubes.
Toss tofu with flour (you could use almond meal, or wholewheat flour as well).
I seasoned my flour with rosemary, garlic powder, paprika, lemon peel, and salt.
Fry the tofu in veggie oil of your choice (for a lighter option you could just stir fry in olive oil).
Serve over iceberg lettuce with soy sauce.
